1. Color-wise product fulfillment is subjected to the availability of merchants and coupon is not applicable in the campaign.
2. Campaign product delivery timeline 2 working days for Inside Dhaka & 5 working days for Outside Dhaka (After Order Confirmation)
3. The delivery might delay based on the government movement restrictions and lockdown areas.
4. Tecno shop reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, remove, disable or impose access restrictions or limits on any of the policies at any time without notice or liability; also the right to reject or cancel any order placed with.
5. In case of MFS payment if the customer gets cashback and shop.tecnomobilebd.com fails to cater the order and the customer asks for cash refund then cashback amount will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be settled to the consumer account via same gateway.
